What is Focus Rise?
Focus Rise is a productivity and focus timer application that helps you maintain focus through structured work sessions using the Pomodoro technique. Track your daily tasks, build streaks, and unlock achievements as you improve your productivity.
How much does it cost?
Focus Rise is currently free to use for all users. We may introduce premium features in the future, but core functionality will remain accessible.
How do I set up daily tasks?
Open the Tasks screen in the app and tap "Add Task" to create up to 3 daily tasks. You can edit, complete, or delete tasks at any time. Tasks reset each day to help you focus on what matters most.
How does the Pomodoro timer work?
The timer uses the Pomodoro technique: 25-minute work sessions followed by 5-minute breaks. You can customize these durations in Settings. Start a session, focus on your work, and take breaks to maintain productivity throughout the day.
What is the Focus Analytics feature?
Focus Analytics visualizes your focus levels throughout the day. It shows how taking breaks helps maintain your productivity compared to working continuously. The chart displays your focus curve and helps you understand your productivity patterns.
How do achievements work?
Achievements unlock as you use Focus Rise consistently. Complete tasks, build streaks, finish timer sessions, and reach milestones to unlock achievements. Track your progress and celebrate your productivity wins.
Can I customize timer durations?
Yes! Go to Settings and adjust your work session duration, short break duration, and long break duration to match your workflow preferences.
What happens if I close the app during a timer?
The timer will pause when you close the app. When you return, you can resume from where you left off or start a new session.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly in the app by going to Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. You can also request deletion by contacting us.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use encryption for all data in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and follow industry best practices. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
Do I need an internet connection?
An internet connection is required for account creation, syncing data, and accessing analytics. Timer functionality works offline, but data will sync when you reconnect.
How do streaks work?
Streaks track consecutive days of app usage. Use Focus Rise daily to build your streak and unlock streak-based achievements. Missing a day resets your streak, so stay consistent!
Account Deletion
You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time.
Delete via the App (Recommended)
- Open the Focus Rise app
- Go to Settings
- Scroll down and tap Delete My Account
- Confirm the deletion
Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.
Delete via Contact Form
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion using the contact form below. Simply select "Account Deletion" as the topic and provide your account email address. We will verify your identity and process your request within 7 business days.
